The essentials to get your account running today — what already works, how it connects, and who to write if something doesn't add up. No filler: if a part of the product doesn't exist yet, we say so.
After creating your account, the setup wizard (/onboarding) asks for your vertical, brand, business hours and which modules you want on. It is a draft — you review and publish it from Settings when you are ready — it never applies itself.
With your brand and hours published, the next step is connecting a channel — WhatsApp or Telegram — so the assistant can receive real messages.
Verynice uses Meta’s official WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API). That means you need your own Meta for Developers app with the WhatsApp product added — it is not a one-click “connect” button yet (that version, the embedded signup, is still under construction).
messages field. The Settings panel verifies the connection against Meta’s real API and tells you if something failed (corrupt token, registration error, etc.) with a concrete message, not a generic error.
If you would rather try Telegram first, create a bot with @BotFather inside Telegram, copy the token it gives you and paste it into Settings → Telegram. No registration or PIN needed — we just confirm the token against Telegram’s real API when you save it.
In Settings → Customer Ops Gateway there is a three-position switch for the conversation engine:
Creating an account today is free and asks for no card. We have not published definitive plans or prices yet — we are tuning them with the first real accounts before announcing anything firm, so we never promise a number and then have to correct it.
If you need costs to budget or to evaluate a specific volume, write to us and we reply with a concrete number for your case, not a generic table.
